Brand new still in original box. Comes with everything you need - including the cardio trampoline option. Best part is that it is not only very comfortable, but this model easily folds up to be put away so it does not take up all your space! This model has a very comfortable pad and foot bar and trampoline - more comfortable in my opinion than the more expensive brands. I have one myself by Stamina.

Includes two workout DVDs: AeroPilates Plus Level 1 Cardio for Five cord reformer (23 minutes), and AeroPilates Plus Level One Pure Pilates for Five cord reformer (36 minutes).

A footbar with extra padding protects sensitive feet. The extended standing platform with textured surface keeps feet in place while you perform exercises that strengthen inner and outer thighs and core. Larger, trapezoidal carriage and cushion for added support (tapers from 23" down to 21", 29 long). Pulley risers allow for a higher rope setting (more rope support) or a lower rope setting (less rope support).
